We’ve got some great news to share! As you possibly know, many states across the country have begun to roll out their reopening plans. After careful consideration and a thoughtfully updated safety protocol to keep our clients and staff healthy, we’re ready to begin our reopening process!
Our Updated Safety Precautions
First Class Tattoos has implemented strict safety measures and will reopen as soon as deemed safe by the relevant authorities.
Health & Safety
Our criteria for reopening is not only meeting all guidelines set by authorities but also ensuring that we can operate with the health, safety, and well- being of not only our team but our clients, and community at the forefront of our minds.
The reception area as well as each artists station will be thoroughly disinfected between each client. This includes tattoo machines, countertops, tables, chairs, lights, doorknobs, railings, sinks, iPads, phones, restrooms, and all cabinetry.
Staff Safety Measures
All staff will be wearing surgical masks and gloves for all client interactions.
Employees must stay home if they feel ill. All staff will have their temperatures taken upon arrival, and anyone with a temperature of over 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or experiencing cough or respiratory symptoms will be asked to go to the doctors immediately and require a signed doctors note to return to work.
Appointments will be staggered to minimize the amount of people in the shop. Walk-ins are not encouraged at this time as social distancing will remain a top priority.
When are we Reopening?
We plan to open in June, driven by our state guidelines, as well as local community and team member sentiment. As you would expect, the situation is fluid. We will post expected reopening dates on our website, so please check for the latest updates. If you have an appointment scheduled, we will contact you a few days prior to our reopening to confirm your appointment as per normal protocol.

In order to ensure that everyone who comes through our doors feels safe, we ask that you review these updates before your next appointment.
To maintain a limited number of clients in the shop, we will notify you by text or call when the previous client has left and that everything has been sanitized.
You will be required to wear a mask while in the shop and wash your hands upon arrival. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you.
We ask that you come to your appointment alone.
